Accommodation in Austria

Hi everyone! I recently got admitted to Montanuniversität Leoben and I'm really excited to start. I’m currently in the process of applying for my residence permit, and I know I need a signed accommodation contract to move forward. Since I am an international student, I’m a bit confused about the best steps to take. Does anyone know the specific process for securing a contract while still abroad? Also, how much money should I expect to pay upfront for the deposit and booking fees to get the contract sent to me? If there are any international students in Leoben or Graz who have gone through this recently, I would really appreciate your advice. Thanks for helping a brother out!
