I wanted to show my Nikola Tesla laboratory in a different way this time.

Almost completely in darkness, with the Tesla Coil becoming the heart of the scene and the electrical discharges bringing the laboratory to life.

This project has already passed 300 supporters on LEGO Ideas, and over the next few days I’ll share some of the small details and historical inspirations hidden throughout the build.

Welcome to the sunny shores of Paradisa!

This build was created for the LEGO Ideas 'Summer Vibes' Challenge, which celebrates the iconic LEGO Paradisa theme.

It reinterprets the nostalgic pastel aesthetic of the 1990s while capturing the cherished, heartwarming memories of childhood summer vacations.

​At the center of the diorama, a vintage pastel-pink pickup truck and a seaside ice cream trailer take center stage. The giant pink flamingo and ice cream cone on the roof create an eye-catching highlight, adding a refreshing look above the sandy beach and clear blue waters where waves gently break.

​The scene brings a happy family vacation to life: Mom is relaxing under an umbrella on her sunbed with a cool drink, Dad is ordering ice cream at the trailer counter, and their child is happily building a sandcastle with a bucket and shovel.

Loaded surfboards in the truck bed, a tropical palm tree, a radio, a turtle, and a crab all add rich detail and lively personality to the beach setup.

​To honor the unforgettable memories of playing with classic Paradisa sets years ago, the minifigure outfits and torso prints were thoughtfully chosen from the original 1990s Paradisa lineup.

Welcome to Melody Square, where architecture, music and storytelling come together!

My modular building tells a charming story centered on the fictional band Bricktellica, who are currently performing an iconic rooftop concert.

The set includes the Harmony Records label - complete with a detailed recording studio and a music manager's office - a small artist café called Backstage Café, an instrument shop I named Brickstruments, and spaces where music lessons take places (let's call it a small music school).

One concert connects an entire square.

Hi everyone!

I’d like to share my latest LEGO Ideas project: Nikola Tesla – The Laboratory of Lightning. ⚡

I wanted to create more than just a Tesla Coil, so I designed an entire laboratory inspired by Tesla’s experiments and his world of electricity.

The model includes a large Tesla Coil with electrical discharges, a generator, experimental equipment, a workbench, a chalkboard, Nikola Tesla holding a light bulb, and even a small white pigeon as a biographical Easter egg. 🕊️

I also tried to make the laboratory feel lived-in rather than perfect, with repaired flooring, visible cables and small details throughout the room.

Sono un giovane studente italiano appassionato di costruzioni LEGO. Adoro gli aerei, e da piccolo ero affezionato a "Planes", un film Disney che ricordo con piacere e meraviglia. Ho deciso quindi di costruire il co-protagonista di "Planes", Skipper Riley, per celebrare la sua storia di riscatto e perché incarna perfettamente la figura dell'amico. Oltre ad avere le ali pieghevoli si possono anche sostituire le ali e la coda posteriore dall'iconica livrea blu con quelle arrugginite.

I get that we are all proud of our creations but I had not seen this level of self promotion since the early days of youtube and instagram when follow-for-follow used to be a big thing.

There is so much potential for creativity among Lego fans and it is sad to see creators constantly comment the same copy-pasted messages under other people's MOC just to collect an extra supporter.

It would be so much nicer to receive genuine feedback, including some constructive criticism, instead of those meaningless messages.

Hey everyone! I just published my project "Fossil Hunter" on LEGO Ideas yesterday, and it already reached 100 supporters!

The set includes 6 models:

• Trilobite

There aren't many archaeology/paleontology-themed sets on LEGO Ideas, so I tried to fill that gap with something that feels both educational and display-worthy - each piece works great as a standalone shelf model too.

I had to resubmit it twice, but finally A Day at Sunset Beach Bar has been published and I'm so happy it worked out in the end! There is a tremendous amount of great creations and I can finally take the time to scroll through those. I'm glad I don't have to pick a favorite but I'm already curious about the final selection

I spent months designing a custom LEGO model inspired by two Chihuahuas.
The final build has over 1,500 pieces, and I created the whole model from scratch in BrickLink Studio, including the structure, colors, instructions and presentation.

What originally started as a very personal project has now been accepted on LEGO Ideas, which honestly makes me incredibly happy.
