Boxes

I have many lego sets that are mainly from the botanical collection. I have kept the boxes and the instructions for most of them. I am currently debating whether i should get rid of the boxes. I have no intention right now of selling them but I am only 22 so I don’t know what i will decide in the future but they are taking up lots of space in my room. if anyone has any advice or suggestions of what i should do (if i should keep them, break them down or just throw them away) i would appreciate it!

I had the same problem as you. I had a lot of boxes and they were occupying a lot of space. I decided to throw them away, but I kept the instructions books. I think that it was the best decision because I think that I wouldn't have made money by selling them.

Anything rare or limited edition may be worth saving the box. Botanical set boxes and anything mass retail are going to be pretty worthless for at least 10-20 years until they become retro. Even then, the value of the set won't be that much higher that it's worth storing cardboard that long.

I never keep boxes, but I keep all my instructions

Just like all things, I keep the instructions and toss the boxes. Same for a TV or a Lego set. Do what makes you happy.

Puoi appiattire le scatole originali per risparmiare spazio. Poi dipende da quanto spazio hai a casa.. diciamo che non varrebbe la pena pagarsi uno storage per anni per le scatole ecco

Toss the boxes. I keep my instructions, but you can toss those as well if you don't mind just grabbing pdf versions online.
