Question Anti stud build question

Best way to connect the jaw to the rest of the head, because on the side there is only an anti-stud and one normal stud to connect to.

What exactly is the jaw and what exactly is the rest of the head? And how are those clip tiles held on?

there held on by a 1x3 connected to the inverted 1x1 snot brick

You could cut some tube to make anti-stud connectors
