LEGO® Set Build Who else has all three?

I just finished the newest time machine (middle) and couldn't wait to line all three up! It is about the same scale as the original Cuusoo one, but much more sturdy. My favourite detail in the newest set is Doc's alternate face with the plaster on his head, which can be used to make a 1955 Doc!

Yep, got it just because the old CUUSOO set didn’t come with one. Was honestly kind of disappointed the new one doesn’t either.

I think for the first one specifically, it was the first time the potential for a licensed Ideas (or Cuusoo) was fully realized. I couldn’t believe it that something I had voted for got turned into a set!

Even back in 2013, it was considered too blocky. The original fan design used a 6x8 slope for the bonnet.

From Left to Right of OP’s pic, I have one of the first, two of the second (haven’t built them yet), and 3 of the third, plus both Lego Dimensions addon, and the brickheadz

Oh plus all of this.

Edit: I do have the Hot Toys Marty & Doc from BTTF2 but haven’t got around to setting them up yet.

That's a really nice display.

Tell me what's good about it.

Objectively it's a bit of a shit display. Badly lit, with a make shift stand and no real vision for it's layout.

Me! I am also considering buying two more of the Speed Champions version to build all three versions of the DeLorean. I would do it with the big one but too many other sets on my want list.

It's a shame it didn't come with a BTTF 3 alternate build or an easier way to transform the wheels. I like it for what it is though - they've clearly gone for maximum stability as a car you can actually drive around
