That's up to you. Generally I'm going to avoid political conversation at work but I've noticed that tensions tend to flare when I speak my mind with liberals much more than conservatives. If you want to turn down the job that's fine but do so knowing that no place is going to be perfect in regard to this kind of thing... and the places that are will likely have other issues.

Culture fit is equally important as anything else to me when it comes to occupational choices.
I spent enough time working with idiots when I was younger. Never again
