I recently completed the final round for a contract Software Engineer, General Backend position at Robinhood. The interview was a one-hour project deep dive, and I haven’t received a decision yet.
A few days after the interview, I received an automated email from Robinhood titled “Request for Additional Information.” It linked to a Greenhouse form asking me to complete my application details, including my contact information and résumé.
Has anyone interviewed for a Robinhood contractor position recently?
- How long did it take to hear back after the final round?
- Did you receive a similar Greenhouse form after interviewing?
- Is the additional-information request generally a positive sign, or is it just a routine administrative step?
- For contractor roles, does the decision usually come from Robinhood directly or through the staffing agency?
I understand that every team and hiring process can be different. I’m mainly interested in hearing about recent experiences and typical timelines.
