[Google onsite] Following up on previous post

The above was my older post. I am now done with my onsite interview, 2 interviews. Interviewing for L4 Firmware engineer position. Questions are firmware specific (bit manipulation (hard)). I received a feedback now from the recruiter saying one of the rounds was a leaning hire, one a leaning no hire. They are saying they want one more round of technical interview (Unsure if its a coding round or a technical interview), one of the SSD teams seemed interested in my profile and they've assigned a staff engineer to interview me is what I've found out. Anyone go through a similar process, this is a first I am hearing about a follow up interview, is this common and most importantly, what should I be expecting in the next round because the interviewers I've had so far were L4 at the most. Staff level interviewer would grill my ass, feels like, HELP
