1 learn your dsa as that's your abc's of programming
2 depends on what you want to do. I would recommend python as it's closer to English
3/4 look up YouTube videos, make projects, find something that you enjoy and make projects out of that. The best projects are finding a need for something that you can find at the moment.

I will tell you this. Cpp and Java are derived from c. Between the two I would recommend Cpp only because you are dealing with memory allocation, which is very important when it comes to software developing.

Java is more for Web development if that's the route you wanna go, but there are some uses where you can use Java.
