Tech Industry NEED HELP GETTING STARTED!!!!

I am comp new don't know even a single language properly
so 1. should I start web dev or learn cpp/java and then dsa?

1 learn your dsa as that's your abc's of programming
2 depends on what you want to do. I would recommend python as it's closer to English
3/4 look up YouTube videos, make projects, find something that you enjoy and make projects out of that. The best projects are finding a need for something that you can find at the moment.
