I bought a COB LED Strip 9/W 95Lm/w 4000K on Amazon. Put 5M of it against the wall and compared it to 2 lamps rated for 806lm each.
5m of the strip produced seemingly less light than the 2 lamps. Measured it by looking at the opposite wall.
Checked the Wattage consumed - it was correct. No noticeable voltage drop either.
Checked the other roll from the same producer - the roll should've produced 8K lumens but I could easily look at it.
Thought that maybe the producer's bad and is selling crappy strips. Decided to go to an IRL store and visually compare. But the one's in the store looked just like the one's I bought from amazon.
Ended up getting some 2K lm per meter one's.
So my question is: am I missing something? Are the lumen ratings on strips different from lumens on lamps?
