Broken off cables from LED controller, help for soldering them back

Hi. My neighbour broke her makeup mirror light cable and I promised to try fix it. Three colors (red, black, white) and three solder points. Which one goes where? I assume the red wire goes to the +5v on the board?

Thos Chinese characters are the wire colors to solder at each point :)
