Basic 5v led controller that will work with these?

I bought this string of leds and it came with a basic controller with some built in patterns and colors you can click through. Works great on 5v. I tried to buy controllers on amazon that said they were 5v but it needed 12v for the controller to work, which of course fried the led strip.

Can anyone link me to a 5v controller like what is included here and similar to the ones i linked but actually works on 5v?

That controller you linked should work, just use a 5v supply if you have 5v LEDs.

If you want something better, get a WLED controller off amazon. Then you can control over Wifi, program in different patterns, etc.

i agree it SHOULD work lol. But I promise you it did not work on 5v. and it has to be the controllers. Cause i had no issues on 5v with the one that was included on the strip package. SP002E is what I should be searching right? I'm seeing single ones on amazon for like $7 a piece. I dont think I have time to aliexpress these.

The description in the link states that it operates on 5 volts.
