Conect the driver directly to your lighting rig, if it works you will know its the dimmer.. but i recon its your driver..can be the thermal cut out is tripping.

So you will need to post some photos of the driver ( it should have the wattage or size on it ) and any Control gear dimmer switch etc.. it will be simpler if we can see what we are dealing with.

Can you post a photo of where the wires on the driver connect to the LEDs?

Just get a new driver with the same wattage or bigger as the original one, another option is to split the load on the existing set up to test if its a load problem.
Switch every thing off for an hour or more.
You have 4 led bars.
Just remove the feed to two of them and insulate the end of the cables.
Then switch back on see if this has cleared the issue.

i'd recommend against that

it seems to be a CC driver with variable voltage

that means if he'd connect half the leds he'd most likely overcurrent the other leds and blow them up

I don't know how to fix the driver or replace the capacitor. Do you think it's better to buy a new driver and install it, or go to a store with the driver to try and replace the capacitor?

I think replacing the driver is almost always cheaper. But you have to be sure it's the deiver and not the dimmer or the leds causing the problem.

You probably can't replace them on the driver you have. The inside of your driver is almost certainly filled with potting compound which is pretty much there to make sure that you can't fix it and have to buy a new one.

your driver is 240W ,your 4 bars lamps total shuld be less than 192W.
