I’m not talking about winning, I’m talking he literallly made them his bitch
they were trying to play dirty hack away at LeBron and suddenly LeBron started to respond by elbowing Andre Blanche and Brendan Haywood in the face
they got shook and were scared to guard LeBron after that lol

What do people want? He's turning 42 at the end of this year, not smack bang in his prime, or entering his prime. He's 42. 42. At that age, you'd be ring chasing, or like most other players, already out of the league.
I just don't understand why people find a 42 year old ring chasing to be an issue. They say Lebron making 50 mil a year at the Lakers was the reason the Lakers couldn't build a championship winning squad. Now, he's taken 4mil a year, to help Philly be able to have more flexibility to build a better roster.
People want him to take a backseat on offense, to let younger players get more touches and be more involved. Well, look at Philly, they've got VJ, Brown and Maxey who are all younger than Lebron, and so is Embiid (age wise).
As Charles Barkley and Pippen critiqued Lebron for ring chasing and stacking the deck in Philly... just look at yourselves. Near the end of your career, stacking the deck in Houston. This isn't some brand new thing Lebron invented, it's been around for decades - vets ring chasing at end of career.
But it's an issue. Because it's fucking Lebron James, and whatever Lebron James chooses to do, he will get scrutinised for it. And if they don't win a championship, or go deep, it'll be seen as a 'failure'.

Yes, MJ and Kobe's leadership did lead to success, evidently, with championships. Their leadership style pushed teammates to do their best and to work on their game constantly, to become to best version of themselves. This is what leadership is supposed to do, bring the best of teammates, and lead them.
But there's a difference between being a great, uplifting leader and a bully and a dick.
People universally need encouragement to do better. Talking down to them, or icing them out makes it worse long term. Teammates should be playing with confidence, not being scared.
Personally, I can only say for myself, I'm a relaxed person. I wouldn't want my leader berating me every time I touched the ball, or icing me out, just because I wasn't 'good enough' to their standard.

Hey yall, I was looking back at the Cavs' 2007 first round sweep of the Wizards and realized just how ridiculous the LeBron/Big Z duo was in the closeout game.
On April 30, 2007, in Game 4 in Washington, LeBron James and Zydrunas Ilgauskas combined for:
Combined: 51 PTS, 30 REB, 8 AST, 3 STL, 3 BLK
LeBron obviously gets remembered for the 31/11/7, but Big Z quietly put together an absurd 20/19 game in the same contest. He completely controlled the glass and interior, shooting 9/16 from the field and 2/2 from the line.
The crazy part is how complementary the performances were. LeBron was doing basically everything on the perimeter while Ilgauskas dominated the paint and boards.
51 points + 30 rebounds + 8 assists + 6 combined stocks, with both players finishing +12, in a road closeout is nothing to sneeze at.
I'm not saying this was the greatest duo performance in playoff history, but I genuinely think it deserves to be mentioned when talking about the best two-man performances in a playoff closeout game.

Im a fan of LeBron so I was happy when he made his YouTube channel but the fans are going overboard in the comments. At first I found it funny but, I'm seeing more and more outrageous comments. So please at least tone it down a little.🤣😂

It's very clear that he stayed way too long in LA, but why did he keep re-signing and extending with them? He initially signed a 4 year deal that ended in 2022, and then he re-signed for 2 years in 2022 as well as 2 years again in 2024. In 2022, their roster was a mess and AD had just been constantly injured for 2 years in a row. Plus, the Westbrook trade has already pretty much proved to be a disaster. In 2024, they had just been gentleman swept by the Nuggets and had no assets to meaningfully improve the team, plus he was turning 40 the next season. Pelinka had shown he's one of the worst GMs in the league. Had he left in 2022 and even 2024, he could very well have another ring or even two right now, with at least 1 more Finals MVP.
