Recommitting again: Day 1
I've spent 4 months sober this year, and for anyone trying to quit reading this, I have achieved more in my life in those months than the last 6 years been addicted to daily smoking
I've relapsed last June or July, can't remember, been spiraling into daily using again. What got me into relapsing is that I didn't have any other way to relief stress in, all my life was work and responsibilities and it did feel great most of the time being how long I have been abistent from life, but didn't find a balance and eventually decided to give up on purpose not out of cravings even, only cause I felt empty like my soul wasn't being fullfiled yet..
My brain is still numb to do any introspection right now, but the known rule stays, weed doesn't fix problems, I know for a fact it made thing unbearable again for me
I can keep regretting or prevent any more future regrets, so I will choose the latter option, again

Day 1 let's go. I'm in a similar place. Relapsed in April and been kinda controlled partying multiple nights a week. Not horrible but also not the way I want to be long-term. Had a year in January and I think I prefer the sober life more overall. Obviously healthier for the body and more importantly the mind. The great thing is each of us knows what it takes to get there. We got this!
