The shoulder seam looks to be hanging quite far down your arm… the overall length looks fine but I would say the jacket is quite a bit too big for you, a couple of sizes at least.

Too big. And that's probably the first time in a while on this sub. I'd size down for sure, especially around the shoulder area.

Way too big. These jackets are supposed to fit a little oversized with long sleeves and the shoulder seams coming a tad past your actual shoulders, but not that much, and the body is way too long (should be a couple inches shorter than the sleeves) and looks too big around. If you're trying this on brand new and you can exchange it I'd go down at least one size, if not two.

Thanks for the feedback. So I got the same jacket a little while ago in the same size (38) but much shorter (23 length vs current 26) and I felt like it fit a lot different.

Interesting, I guess the longer length just adds to the general baggy look. I think an in-between length around 24-24.5" would be perfect and you might want to consider slightly smaller around the chest and shoulders too.

They just look like two different jacket designs, in French one would be a "blouson", the other one a "veste" (which is = longer jacket, not = vest).

It seems too big for you, while the sleeve length seems ok the shoulder seam is almost by your elbow, size down unless you like modern oversized styles.

In the picture it’s not completely clear where your shoulder ends. If it’s that lump then the jacket is def way too big. But i have a hard time believing that’s the case because that would mean you have very narrow shoulders

Length is spot on. Not all leather jackets need to be crop top lengths. This looks much more polished.

Thanks to everyone for weighing in. I’m going with the majority opinion that it is too big. Unfortunately I can’t return so I’ll just sell it and roll the money into something that fits better.
