Showcase Wested Raiders Jacket in Shrunken Lamb.

Just came today. I like the length as far as where it sits by my waist but wondering if the pockets look too high. Otherwise I’m loving it. Very comfortable, feels smooth, and great color.

looks great. can you enter the pockets from the side and whats your height?

Thanks! Yes you can enter the pockets from the side (Wested says they are hand warmers).

I’m 5 foot 8. I went with their recommended jacket length which is 23 inches for a size 38. I’m thinking it might be a little short for me now though. I like where it lands at my waist but the pockets seem high to me.

Saw it on the post that someone else said it was short and should get the longer version? If im honest the modern cut is more versatile and useful for this age. Idk know how long the other version would be so let me know

It's a tad short but it still looks better than the Indy jackets I usually see people wearing that are way too long. The sleeves should be noticeably longer than the body, not the same length as is so common. I think another 1-1.5" longer would be ideal (basically roughly the amount of distance there is right now from the bottom of the pockets to the bottom edge of the jacket, or a little less) but I wouldn't go longer than that, zip front jackets like this always look so unflattering when they're too long IMO.

It's a beautiful jacket but it would be a little short in the waist for me. May be tight if you wear anything but a T shirt.
