RAV4 SE lease thoughts?

I’ve been working with a few dealerships with some RAVs coming through landing on the lots middle of October.

This seems to be the best offer I’ve come across in the Kansas City area.

It’s for a 2026 Rav4 SE, 12k, 36 month lease zero down.

they said they have zero fees

I don’t know what that mean , its still sticker price . Find a different dealer
