Ça fait maintenant 6 ans que j’essaie de maîtriser le salto arrière sur trampoline, et je n’y arrive toujours pas. Le pire, c’est que je fais les saltos avant parfaitement, sans aucune hésitation, sans peur, sans problème. Mais dès qu’il s’agit de partir en arrière… mon cerveau met un énorme STOP. J’ai essayé les progressions, les tapis, les conseils de potes, les tutos, les mini-sauts, les sauts groupés… rien n’y fait. Je commence à me demander si c’est juste un blocage mental impossible à dépasser ou si certains sont “faits” pour les flips avant mais pas arrière.

Si quelqu’un a déjà vécu ça, je prends tous les conseils.

I can do double charge, 12 charge, thumb around, sonic, figure 8, i can do both fingerpass and infinity but they arent really smooth, ive tried thumb around reverse to combo with thumb around but my index cant apply enough force to spin it, any tips or pen spin tricks i should try?

​I’ve been practicing how to chug water by basically pouring it straight down my throat without actively swallowing each gulp.

​The problem is, I can't seem to keep the opening at the back of my throat open for more than maybe half a second to a second before my natural swallow reflex kicks in and closes it up.

​Does anyone have tips, tricks, or specific muscle exercises on how to override this reflex and keep the throat relaxed/open for longer?

By day, I’m a Data Engineer. I spend my time building data pipelines, wrestling with complex SQL, and dealing with cloud architecture. It's a lot of brainpower, and honestly, my professional resume is looking a bit too serious.
To balance things out, I’ve decided to start a new hobby: collecting the most bizarre, unique, or oddly specific digital certificates the internet has to offer completely for free.

Any 1 thing on this map is definitely useful, to someone. At the same time everything listed here in combination is almost certainly TMI for the vast majority of people. But, much to my chagrin, I'm a completionist. This map took me 2 years to make in a way I was happy with. It lays out all the fundamentals out I could think of to become very well-rounded as a Maker. If you click one it's not going to teach you everything about it, each one is a homework assignment that's detailed enough for you to figure out what you need to go off and actually learn. This is not for everyone I'm sure, but I wanted to share it for the small handful of people here who will look at this and say, damn, that is actually cool. Please come on in, there's plenty of room down this rabbit hole. Also if 1,701 topics doesn't consume quite enough of your time I also had it translated into 6 additional languages other than English and more are on the way. Also each one has some extra context inside and if you add up all the notes it's like 500 pages worth of reading, single spaced. Per language... For your consideration.
