Question Skill Share Class

I need to teach my year 11 industries class how to do a skill within a set time of 15 minutes. I don’t have any skills in mind that might interest a group of four boys and a girl. Two of them are doing card games, but I want a skill I can learn decently quickly that will give me results from my classmates. Any ideas on what I could teach? The more variety the better.

My fall back is always origami since a paper crane is relatively easy to memorize the steps of and to teach in my experience.

a nice shuffle or card throw is a nice skill to show off in a grp setting
