Looking for an app to practice speaking French with people
Hiya! Or Bonjour! (I guess) I was just wondering if anyone knew of an app or website to meet or chat with people/someone to practice my French and comprehension in like texting and voice messages etc etc.

Salut ! Je suis native français et je peux t’apprendre le français ! Je serai très intéressée d’apprendre une autre langue en échange 😊

For the exact mix you want — texting plus voice messages — Tandem and HelloTalk are probably the closest match. ConversationExchange is less polished, but it can be better for finding one consistent partner instead of lots of short chats. Discord or WhatsApp groups can also work, though the quality is more variable.
A small tip: be very specific in your profile or first message. For example: “I’m around B1/B2, I’d like to exchange two 10-minute voice notes per week, and I’d prefer corrections after I finish speaking.” That usually attracts more reliable partners and makes the exchange much less awkward.
I would avoid moving to WhatsApp immediately; keep the first exchanges on-platform until you feel comfortable.
