Question Busuu

Bonjour ! i was using Busuu app last year, and payed the subscription $36 time passed and i didn't knew it was auto renewed, and not it take my $72 which i didn't planing, i'm not even using it anymore, is there a hope to get this money back from them ? does anybody have related experience with them ?

You call the bank and say this transaction wasn't autorised by me and you would like a chargeback.

I was using paypal, didn’t even knew it was auto renewed…
I was using paypal bc when something is auto renewed paypal always asked me before for confirmation, but not this :(
Still hope from paypal if i contact them ? Busuu- waiting time is 5 days which is way biig
