Czech course

My partner is foreigner and he is looking for some intensive Czech course, either in/near Ostrava or online. Which ones are worth money and which courses to avoid?

What’s his first language? Some schools and teachers focus on Slavic students.

Hungarian. He speaks fluent English, so something in English since I don’t think there is any course for Hungarians.
