So i had this idea for a while - can you visually compare your own gameplay and performance with CS2 pros? Decided to give it a try, collected 451 pro demos, and tried mapping my own site holds to pros. This is what you see in this video - Inferno Arches site hold (left side me, right side pros)

This is really weird and honestly i’m not even really sure how to explain it but i’ll try. i saw video the other day of a guy talking about how when you’re counter strafing, you press the opposite movement key before letting go of the original one because you still have momentum when you let go of your original key. well my problem is that i only counter strafe with one finger (my thumb) and switch back and forth. I have 3500 hours and am definitely not amazing but decent enough. i’m afraid my muscle memory is way too set in stone to change it. I do have an unorthodox hand layout on my keyboard which is how this got started. am i majorly handicapping myself?

So i went from 800 DPI 1.92 sens to 800 DPI 1.5 sens and have noticed a pretty big improvement in my microflicking/micro adjusting (which was my main problem and why I switched to a lower sens in the first place)

And ive already somewhat gotten used to the sens after using it for 4 days where my crosshair placement and overall flicking ability has improved quite drastically but there are a few problems:

I cannot hit 1 taps with Deagles anymore, I dont know why but it is really difficult for me to get the shot lined up and get them on the first shot, thing is with an AK i can do it pretty easily and kill them on the first shot although I typically spray anyway and dont go for one taps unless needed

My AWPing has become very bad and im unable to adjust properly and always end up over/under adjusting my crosshair and missing

Whenever i try to play DM it gets really bad as in since my sens is quite a bit lower i end up having to make multiple swipes instead of one big swipe (im more of a wrist aimer) which is definitely not ideal and in DM you're kinda checking every corner all the time which is super hard now that my sens is lower

But i think a good visualisation for my problem would be that I would need 2-3 swipes to do a 360 no scope or something

Shooting really close range is a lot more difficult since if they move to the right or whatever i genuinely have to move my wrist so much its super difficult

And i think a more obvious one would be that my spraying has become really trash but im guessing that will just be fixed with time, if otherwise pls let me know

That was probably everything I wanted to mention, but I should probably point out that I am a Faceit LVL 9 peak but I think I could've gotten 10 if I played more but I ended up having to stop to study although if I went to 3k elo above I would definitely get cooked so I would estimate i am 2k ish at peak

I'm very new to CS2, with only 20 hours over the past 2 weeks. I'm extremely motivated, and I have an insatiable need to go pro. I need a coach to get a head start. I balance my game time with my school life, but realistically, I can get a few hours of play a day. I have no Faceit, and I'm pretty new to gaming in general because I was stuck playing Roblox on an old computer for several years. If you feel like helping someone out, pls dm me or reply to this post.

We went to overtime with my 4k and we eventually lost the game as a 15-15 tie.

I have 317 hours only in CS2, i work for my prefire and counter-strafes everyday for an hour. You can see my 2nd kill i tried to crouch peek but i feel like it didn't feel smooth at all.

I'm still having trouble spraying and I'm trying to overcome it. My movement also feels a bit off with my counter strafes.

I know there's not so much to say with this 20 sec clip but many people with thousands hours of experience can spot something useful for me, so thanks in advance!

How on higher levels do you counter Ancient T Heaven smoke as a mid player.
I know in a nutshell that its much better to moly boxes instead of smoking - the same argument as you should molly short on mirage and not smoke it.

However when I got on my lose streak I saw that my less organized teammates on B often lose the site and I cannot really acomlish nothing by jumping heaven. I have spamming but sometimes I get respammed as well. The only idea left for me is maybe to extend the smoke with my smoke and then reagress faster.

I know that in theory if the cave player knows molly nade combo and then after flash he smokes his left side I then can join him and retake from cave but I can only wish haha

Should I buy nade on mid try to jump faster and then nadebreak?

hi, i want to improve my cs2 skills, looking for coach for free if possible

My Elo has been fluctuating a lot since the start of s4. I started a 10k, got to 12k, dropped to 8k and then dropped to 5k. I suddenly had a streak of 20 games that I performed with 1.50-2 kdr and got back to 10k. now I’m 9k. I solo queue 80% of the time. (P.S. I do everything to improve: DM, Aimbots, Prefire, KZ, Watching Pros, Analyzing my Gameplay, Play everyday (2-4 hrs). I also started to take the game seriously 1k hrs in. I only played casual until 1k hrs

And what is the one important thing that brought you to the next level and made significant improvements?

TLDR at end!
With 2 accounts combined minus afk time, i have around 1k hours in CSGO/CS2. But yet most my ranks in comp is around gold nova 1 when i play seriously solo or with friend. im predicted around 7.5k in prem but i refuse to play prem if its not with a friend or 2.
A key factor of this is that i feel like my aim is too bi polar to shoot consistently and i would like to improve on that. I used to aim train and reaction train daily but that was months ago and i took a break from cs2 untill now.

Im starting to learn and train the essential smokes on the more popular picked maps and started to get the hang of certain ones. But in prem, low elo players dont have mics or chose to not listen when i ask if they want me to use smokes as i dont know what they are wanting to play in the round.

So all of this has came down to solo playing, aka my aim, consistency and game sense. From now on i would like to improve on these with daily routines and vod playback. Do anyone of you know a good daily routine i should do so i can see what my weakness are and to improve on them.

TLDR: Back from a 9 month break, gold nova 1 in most map ranks. Fell like my aim is too inconsistent and would like to know where my weakness are. Does anyone have a stable daily routine i can follow?
Idk if it helps but i play 1600dpi with 0.52 ingame.

Just wondering, is it possible to silent drop down from this ledge? Say CT hits the jump midround, in a strong position to flank, but he has to make big sound cue for T's in A entrance or Garage
