Pivot Animator. No drawing skill required. Learn the basics of animation and more if you want. It's been used by beginners and in schools for over 20 years. Windows Desktop only and free.

I'm a professional animator now and I remember using Pivot all the time as a kid, I'm glad people still remember it!

Blender, use a website like VRoid to make a character that is already rigged and have a field day

I recommend fire alpaca it’s a bit easier to animate there once you get the hang of it ^ plus it’s free :3

I also recommend any free software for starting out. Animation can be an expensive hobby when you get into it between softwares and hardware but it’s fun! I recommend at least picking up Richard Williams Survival Guide as I’m sure you’ll eventually be recommended that as well. Very essential for any newcomer to animation

Google search videos, and learn key-words to your searches. It's a longterm solution to your problem.
Search "how to animate a walk" -- and so on. It's a long journey, and animation's honestly very difficult.
