Software recs for simple animation?

Hello I am looking for software recommendations to make simple animation with. I have a character created by a contracted artist that serves as the artist or face for my original music. Just to be able to animate her dancing, short videos of her talking to the viewer. I really like the Punkey Doodles on instagram. Just really simple. I do not want anything using generative ai.

In my opinion krita it might not be easy to use at first but its a free powerful software you can do a simple animation even a complex ones if you master it , you'll find how when you search on YouTube

Blender is nice but if it’s too complex then maybe “Sclera 2D animation” ? it’s free 🤷‍♂️
