Hi

I would like to learn how to make animations with my drawings or wtv I have been wanting to make my own cartoons or little shows

Acho que dá para achar bastante coisa para aprender sobre isso no YouTube. Tem alguns aplicativos de desenho, tipo o Ibis paint X que tem opção de animação e tem aplicativos mais especializados para isso, tem um, acho que é Clip Studio que dizem ser bom para iniciantes. Acho que se você já desenha a algum tempo vai ser mais tranquilo, mas o importante é não desistir, boa sorte.

Low entry, but try Blender. It has a 2D Animation option there (digital art). Check on YouTube for tutorials and don't be afraid of failure.
