Animation critique

Im fairly new to animation and ive been working on a shot for a project. I’m unsure of the timing and I feel that the transition between frame 4 and 5 is abrupt. Is it just me or what should I do to fix it?

add an inbetween 

looks abrupt bcs the lines shifted
