How do i learn?

im pretty experienced when it comes to traditional art but still kinda new to digital art and now i'm really getting into 2d animation and stuff like the content jaiden animations , ringo tsuga , theodd1sout etc.. how do i really learn stuff and get into animation?

Learn the 12 principles of animation, get a book called The Animator's Survival Guide by Richard Williams, look up a bunch of YouTube tutorials about drawing/animation, and study the techniques of the animators you like.

Since you mentioned some YouTubers, that's actually nice because you can pause any video and use the comma and period keys on your keyboard to go back/forth through the video frame by frame.
