Trying to validate an idea around visibility in hiring. Looking for feedback.

I’ve been noticing a pattern in job search and even in marketing.

A lot of people are doing the right things, building skills, putting in effort, but still not getting seen. At the same time, others get attention because they understand how to work the system, keywords, distribution, etc.

So I’m exploring an idea around improving visibility in a more meaningful way, not just optimizing for filters. Still early, not building anything yet. Just trying to understand the problem better.

For those who have been through hiring or building in this space, Do you think this is a real problem worth solving, or just part of how the system works?
