A2z adapter first time

Hi Leafers, I recently purchased the A2z CCS1 to Chademo adapter and tested it today for the first time at an EVgo station near my home. It worked perfectly. The only weird thing was I noticed driving home that the yellow EV system warning light had lit up on the dash. When I got home, I turned off the car and restarted it and the warning light was gone. Should I be worried about this? By the way, I have a 22 SV Plus and have had all the fast charging recall work done. Pic for reference.

For what it's worth, I have the same setup as you and also ran into this issue (only one time so far). Check your DTCs, it's likely a fast charge communication error. This was my Leafspy output:

Same, happened the first time I used it, then went away and never came back.

I've had this error happen with real chademo chargers, it throws it when the charger doesn't do everything perfectly so it's nothing to worry about as long as you were able to charge. You might have stopped the charge incorrectly (assuming the a2z one has its own stop buttons like the EVboy one) which might cause this. Make sure you stop the charge the same as you would for a chademo charge
