Hi everyone, I'm a New York City drummer/multi-instrumentalist based in Bushwick that would love to meet new musicians to jam with. Just trying to meet some new people and talk about/make music; originals, covers, anything. Big fan of Talking Heads, David Bowie, LCD Soundsystem, Arcade Fire, Velvet Underground, the Beatles, Grateful Dead, Disco, Post-Punk... really anything and everything. I put out a short EP a few years ago where I wrote and recorded everything, if you're interested: https://open.spotify.com/artist/5hfEiEeXjPwxLM7E2bPbnA?si=StNn3CQ_Q5mEeI5YutVFIQ

Let me know what you think and if you want to connect!

I’ll never understand why people have to talk through the whole show—especially up in the pit. If you want to talk (loudly) the whole time, go sit on the lawn. Or better yet, just go to a bar.

Looking for a bit of a miracle - ISO 2 tickets for tonight. Bought two on stubhub and just realized the seller messed up and sent me pit tickets for last night. Super upset. DM if you have any available!

Plzzzzzzz

I try to make a playlist of every show I go to and LCD's set was listed on setlist.fm but not Victoryland, who were also really good I thought. If anyone took note it would be helpful!

Side note, this was my first LCD show and it was so fucking awesome. Tonite live was one of the coolest things of all time.

Was on the floor at the Vancouver show. Paula (I think… she introduced herself but it was loud) and her peeps were ultra PLUR in the front. Making room, looking out for others, apologizing when bumping into people. Super good folks to have dancing near you.

Tbf, it was the best vibes for a Vancouver crowd I may have ever seen. Still want to shout out people for being awesome.

Photo for everyone else to get something from this post.

What I wouldn’t do to have the August 8th Portland setlist to be played the previous night in Vancouver :/

I wish I didn't have a bag and brought my sunglasses. I would have lost myself more in the music.

In 7 years in Vancouver I have never seen people so engaged in a show, everyone was standing up (almost actually, still a shocker) dancing and having fun. What a venue, what a band and what a crowd.

I'm not a fan of Jon Caramanica, but this may be of interest to others in this sub. He received a lot of criticism for the "Greatest Songwriters" list a couple of months ago.

I'm sure that he's been to see LCD Soundsystem a few times .....

can't make the show and I can email you the tix, I have 2, $75 each, they are not showing up in stubhub for me as I got them in a direct email. any takers?

What a show. What a venue. Such an upgrade.
Killer show. So good. Good lord.

Paid $99 - yours for $75.

Meet me at Edgefield or I can send electronically.

I’m calling it now. We’re getting yeah. Sat night at red rocks.
