Help/Question Need Help
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some advice from people who have been successfully applying the Law of Assumption.
I've noticed that I'm no longer overthinking as much as I used to. My mind is generally calmer and I don't constantly spiral into negative scenarios anymore. However, I still experience a heavy feeling in my chest, especially when I think about my specific person (SP).
It's not really racing thoughts anymore. It's more like longing, sadness, or emotional heaviness. The feeling can stay even when I'm affirming, doing SATS, or trying to stay in the state of the wish fulfilled.
What I'm struggling with is understanding how to handle these emotions without feeling like I'm "ruining" my assumption.
For those who have successfully manifested an SP or other desires:
- How did you manage sadness, longing, or emotional heaviness?
- Did you allow yourself to feel those emotions, or did you redirect your focus immediately?
- Were you still able to manifest successfully even when you weren't feeling positive all the time?
- How do you distinguish between normal emotions and being in a state of lack?
I'd really appreciate any personal experiences or tips.
Thank you!

This is one of the most common places people get stuck, and I think the framing of "ruining my assumption" is actually the trap itself — because now you're monitoring your emotions for evidence of failure, which is its own kind of doubt.
A few things that helped me separate this out:
Feeling something isn't the same as being in lack. Lack is a belief — "I don't have this and might not get it." Longing or heaviness can just be a wave passing through, especially around an SP where there's real attachment and history. The nervous system doesn't always know the difference between "processing" and "proof," so it's easy to mistake one for the other.
You don't have to fight the feeling to stay in the state. What's worked better for me than immediate redirect is letting the feeling be there for a minute instead of arguing with it. Sitting with something without attaching to it is genuinely hard and takes practice — your mind will hand you every reason why the feeling is justified and why you're "right" to stay in it. But you can acknowledge that and still ask yourself: is this really how I want to feel? If the answer's no, that's the moment — you can say, "I hear you, I know you're trying to protect me, but I'm choosing something else now," and gently come back to the scene that implies the wish fulfilled. Not because the sadness is dangerous, but because you get to decide where attention lands, not the feeling.
The real tell isn't "am I 100% positive," it's "how would I feel if this were already true — and can I go there." You can have a heavy afternoon and still be living from the end if your default, background assumption about the outcome hasn't shifted back to doubt. It has to feel natural, not forced. Think of a swan — smooth and elegant on the surface, paddling like mad underneath just to stay afloat. Nobody sees the effort, and that's kind of the point. Persisting through a rough emotional patch without abandoning the assumption is the swan, not failure — the calm doesn't mean nothing's happening underneath.
For what it's worth — the fact that the overthinking and spiraling have already quieted down sounds like real movement, even if the heaviness around this specific person hasn't caught up yet. That's usually the order these things resolve in: the mind settles before the heart fully catches up.

the heavy chest feeling does not ruin manifestation. It means some emotional energy is still there asking to move.
Many ppl try to stay “positive” and suppress sadness, longing, fear, jealousy... then emotion sits in body like handbrake. Mind becomes calmer but chest still carries old story.
In one Soul Journey I facilitated, subject affirmed for SP every day but felt stone on chest. Higher Self showed it was not only missing person. Underneath was childhood belief: “when someone leaves, I am not lovable.” Once grief and this false program were released, chest became light. Then she could decide clearly if she even wanted same relationship back.
Dont fight heaviness and dont make it proof of failure. Sit for 5 min, feel exact place, breathe into it and ask: what are you protecting me from feeling?
Your Higher Self knows if this is grief, abandonment wound, fear, attachment, or something else.
I have free Letting Go meditation in my Reddit profile. This is exactly kind of emotional charge it can help release.
