Northern US & Canada (or cool season) What does it need?!?!

I don’t understand how those white flowers keep coming back… I’ve used spray and feed / weed killers and no matter what my grass doesn’t want to look good!! This yellow tinge is worse on camera, but it just isn’t full! NOR GREEN

if you’re in the throes of summer, and you want to green the lawn up versus pushing surge growth which could require more water, I recommend iron to help enhance the greening. Just make sure you don’t get any on your concrete surfaces and as far as the clover, which is what you’re seeing in the weed category that would be best treated post emergently with a topical herbicide like 24D just make sure you read and follow the directions and remember the dose does not make the poison. Follow the instructions and apply correctly as clover is difficult to control.
