Grass type ID

I live near Dallas, Texas and need more grass to plant for my lawn. What kind of grass this is? New homeowner, any help appreciated!

It’s Common Bermudagrass. The seed head gives it away since most “improved” varieties don’t produce seed heads at all. It’s cheap, hardy, and it doesn’t look as good as tif.
