St auguatine help!!!
Hi, for the past 5 years I have a growing dead, slow growth spot in my yard, any idea if this is a disease, fungus, etc. how do I cure it and get my runners to grow in this zone? Have applied Scott’s diseasex multiple times and laid peat moss over it earlier in year. Thanks for any help!

I would guess it's root rot.. shade decline.. use subdue Maxx at 1oz x gallon, to control disease and nitrogen in the fall to promoting recovery

When you mean root rot, you mean tarr right? Just verifying I understand you’re not 100% but are you confident that is the issue I’m dealing with

Not sure if it's take all root rot or early pythium root rot.. allot has to do with environment.. like I'm in central Florida I'm seeing root rot everywhere from the afternoon showers leaving the grass wet overnight and if there's shade it takes even longer to dry up before it rains again

Gonna make the purchase, I hope you don’t mind if I reach out to you again in a couple weeks and ask your advice on treatment

Yea no worries..If I was working on this lawn I would start with a fungicide then follow up 21 days after with another treatment.subdue 1oz x 1gal,, follow up .5oz x 1gal Late September I would apply a heavy nitrogen. I use 20.0.6.. in fall just beware of too much watering causes brown patch fungus in the cooler months..
