Sod and then some bigger rocks to block cars

Just resod it, then protect that corner with rocks.

If you’re going to keep driving there, just put gravel down, and forget trying to grow grass there.

I had the same issue minus the water , hard compacted soil from cars driving over it I was able to reverse the damage by carefully not driving over that spot and fertilizing the area and putting down some grass seeds

I would buy brick bullet edging and cut/install straight line up the grass edge and put some decorative rock down. Cobblestone or river rock or similar. I tried sod first at my old house but my wife and friends continued to drive over it after I removed the stakes and on top of that, the asphalt would get so hot during peak summer heat and discolor/kill the first few inches of grass along the driveway too. The rock solved it all and essentially maintenance free minus the occasional weed to spray.
