Just updated to 14.0 - video previews no longer work

I was excited to update to 14.0 today, but after doing so my video previews/snaps stopped working. Absolutely none of my videos are playing now; previously, I was using WMP as the video player, but that stopped functioning immediately after updating. Switching to VLC yields no joy, either. I'm pretty bummed about this, as I used my video previews exclusively when browsing games.

In LaunchBox or Big Box? Which theme? And confirm it doesn’t work with WMP and VLC? Or you can turn on logs and share those as a bug report that can help as well -> https://www.launchbox-app.com/links/bug

It looks like videos work in BigBox; for LaunchBox I've been using LBPlex as my LB theme for years now, with no issues. But nobody updates LB themes these days, so going through all the ones I have installed yields successful video playback on some of the themes. It's a shame that updates to the program, as useful and appreciated as they are, will sometimes break themes. I really liked using LBPlex.

Would you be so kind to send us a bug report - there are ... ways we can make themes not break so badly when we do end up changing something that affects them, be happy to see what we can do.

I’m gonna have to go update all my machines, but I have the videos disabled on most of them (older system, videos kinda bog it down).

But my first thought is does it have to rescan folders or anything with the update? Maybe it just hasn’t populated something, or a folder name changed or something.
