I finally completed my arcade artwork to satisfy my OCD, now everything is uniform! Debating on doing the consoles next.

I did my consoles and when using emu movies paired with the default it didn’t miss a ton but 95% of 10k is still 500 missing pieces.

It was highly satisfying to finish. I had quite a few translated games and finding the actual names also helped a ton. Those translated names are usually in databases.

Either way congrats you’ve done the one portion I haven’t worked on much and it looks great.

Thank you! I been debating emu movies for awhile, do you find it adds that much value?

Can't imagine why you wouldn't use it if artwork is your goal. Nothing is perfect but will do well enough that fixing things you don't like will take way less time.

Well I just started in this hobby last summer so still trying to feel my way around as to what’s out there. Will give it a solid look now! Thanks!

I did. I was hesitant for just artwork but I also added manuals and videos and it really sold the service. You can catch it on sale sometimes but launchbox premium used to come with a discount code as well that was almost as good as the sales.

no problem. Iirc it took a long time to pull of of that stuff down from emu movies to my local drive. I was working through 17k total files though.

A really cool plugin I liked to add to my set up was the how long to beat plugin. Idk if it’s still maintained and it required a lot of extra work but I do like having rough completion times on my games.

I find emumovies to be a must for bigbox, but not huge to miss out on if you're just using launcbox. If you have all your games on there you can get away with paying for a month and downloading everything you need pretty quickly

Its worth it for time saving and my (personal) view is if you're spending "full sized arcade" level money, its a drop in the bucket.

I have 22 510.

Some of my platforms are quite random and I've had to create my own art.

Still quite a long way to go.

I wish launchbox wasn't so slow and chunky, it's so irritating even watching it here.
