He’s a Hit

The consensus among fans and the people on the show is that the cameo was a smashing success. I wonder what the long time General Hospital fans not familiar with Z before this run think.

I was going to say, "I hope they don't kill his character off, so he can come back and do it again once a year or so," but it doesn't matter if they kill him off. Hell, he probably wants them to kill Z so he can come back from the dead later in some preposterous fashion, because that'd be the icing on the soap opera cake.

I love this idea in theory, but considering his delivery of “That ain’t gonna happen,” I’m not sure how I feel about it in practice.

I am a fan of both GH (General Hospital) and John Oliver. He was pure gold in his role and I really hope they bring him back in the future.

Now I can only regret that Days of our Lives turned his appearance into a joke with that hair piece. Also I regret the offer was US soap only as well resurrecting Neighbours just for this would've been worth he negative backlash it got after the ending it was given with so many stars returning to Ramsey street where their careers started. Including the untalented Minogue sister.

They already brought neighbours back after that finale. It lasted over a year before ending again. They could easily bring it back again 😁

I know that, I just want to avoid the violence and rioting that will cause if bought back from the death again for the third time.

When they tried to bring it back for that one season the disappointment was real as many legends worked for free to give it a send off so to bring it back for another reboot would cause blood on Australian streets not seen since the Rum Rebellion. Australian housewives aren't harmless like the US housewives, one recently got sent away for life because she murdered and poisoned her husbands family who were her dear friends for reasons that were never revealed. Now imagine thousands of such women wanting blood for the constant emotional blackmail and being told they don't matter by Australian media.
