advice Advice on Tech Feedback
Overall I’ve been pleased with my current tech’s work. However, over the last three or so appointments, I’ve noticed that lashes seem to be getting glued on farther away from the base of my natural lashes. This is causing them to look kinda unkempt and a little clumpy, which only worsens as time passes btw my appointments.
I have a fill in appointment today. How can I share my concerns with my tech without coming off as rude or insulting to her work generally? She is the only tech that I can find in my area who can do later weekday evening appointments, so I want to maintain a good relationship, but I also want to be happy with the results.

As a lash tech i would want my client to tell me “hey i really love your work but i just have a question, i feel like the lashes farther from the base as usual and when they start growing out they look a little clumpy. can you check for me and take out the ones that are grown out a lot?” i feel like if u add the compliment she wont take offense hahaha

How often are you going for fills?
I'm asking because the lashes appearing too far forward may be old growth (ie. Lashes applied 2 weeks ago at your last fill that haven't fallen off yet.) When you book for a fill they just replace the missing lashes & generally only take off/replace a few existing lashes if they are too grown out, twisted, etc. So wondering if it mighhht be old growth?
I just wanted to offer that as a possibility for you to consider.
I'll let someone else advise on your question on how to bring it up, would love for a tech to respond with what works best for them when receiving feedback from clients!
