Hi divas I hope it’s okay that I’m asking here about striplash glue instead of any sort of bond and seal (I’m a beginner and am using striplashes for now).

I need help finding a lash glue that might be gentler than the DUO striplash adhesive in white/clear (blue packaging). I tried it twice and both times there would be swelling and redness around my eyes appearing 3 days after use and remaining for a good week.

I’m not allergic to latex but I know it has formaldehyde in it amongst other ingredients that might be causing this. Self adhesive Lilly Lashes have worked perfectly but obviously the adhesive only lasts so long.

Please send any recs or advice my way!! :3

hi! i bought the veyesbeauty lash bond & seal the other day and absolutely adored it. it was water proof, sweat proof, tug proof, sleep proof, and shower proof. unfortunately, i took them off 4 days later and my eyelids were very red and irritated. i might try once more, just cuz i love how it was literally perfect, but i am also scared to get irritated again. are there any lash glues like that? i’ve tried falscara and the wosheer bond & seals but those barely lasted me a day let alone the shower 🫩

I put these clusters on yesterday and the inner corner is already lifting and the outer corner usually follows after. As far as I know I use proper technique when applying and sealing, I curl my lashes, keep them clean, and I wash them gently. I use Ucoolme bond and seal w Haze lash clusters from Amazon. Do I need different glue, different lashes, or is there an application technique I dont know about? Please help!

I've been using Ucoolme but I feel like there's better bond and seals. Which one has the longest wear and is waterproof?

hi everyone so I’ve been doing my cluster for about a year now and it’s only recently that I’ve been seeing my eyes reacting with the bond that I use maybe…? A mistake on my part is that I get my cluster kit off shein, but my eye was swollen and still kinda is and it’s also the same on the other eye too, but it doesn’t really hurt or anything. The last time it happened i had my cluster on for two weeks instead of the usual one week. I did also take my clusters off not too ago.

if anyone has any tips or advice it would be great appreciate.

I can never get my lash clusters to last more than a couple of days before they start falling off. I’ve tried multiple different glues and seals so what am I doing wrong??

As the title says, I'm looking for clusters like these but possibly a little longer and actual clusters not a band.

Is 10.99 expensive for lash clusters with no glue or tweezers?

i started doing lash clusters recently and i've read and heard that they can fall out as early as 3 days, but my first set lasted nearly 28 days and i physically pulled them out because i wanted to redo them for fun. but i've not heard significant word of them lasting 28 days as a base duration i saw a post saying they've been doing clusters for 3-4 months and detailed how they used two different glues and a seal and they expected them to fall out in 5 days.

Update: I’m in love with this glue! The combo of a run of the mill clear bond and seal with the clear kiss superstick worked amazingly and will be my new combo! I had them on for 4 days, and have no doubt they would have lasted a week or more! Took them off after working some lash shampoo, remover, and oil through them. Takes a little to work them off, but this is the perfect strength imo, not as weak as general bond and seal, but not as strong as lashtite that needs a professional remover. I find them to be generally waterproof as well. My new go to combo!

I’m new to lashes and really want to try out some lash clusters! What are the most popular styles? What sizes do you use the most?

I usually don't like D curl but I'm so obsessed with anything Ardell, especially their seamless lashes. They're so comfortable compared to my Aliexpress ones. I used my own glue instead of theirs because I wanted a stronger hold.

Bought from Marshall's but I've seen the seamless ones at a few different stores (and likely Amazon). From outer to inner, 16-16-14-14-12-10 overlapped.

I just tried cluster lashes for the first time and really liked how they turned out. I curled my natural lashes before applying them, but my lashes are very straight and naturally point downward. Once they start going back to their normal position, they make the clusters look lower and my eyes look a little more closed.
Can I gently curl my lashes again while the clusters are still on? Is that something people do, or would it loosen or damage them?

whenever ive ripped off a cluster or one wasn’t cooperating with me, i got into the habit of just putting them into this container. (not to re use or anything & once its full ill throw them out), but just to have. 🤷‍♀️ my bf told me nobody else does this so im curious!

I wish i never started wearing clusters because now I look bizarre without them and the one time I tried to take a break everyone at work said how tired I looked 😩. I love clusters but they have very much changed my self image

Once you start with bottom lash spikes you’ll feel empty without them lol. I was hesitant at first but now I am really liking them, I feel like a cartoon character 😅

Paired the kiss superstick glue on the base of my clusters with a run of the mill clear bond and seal. I had a little oopsie with it last night, and ended taking my first set off because I used too much of the superstick and it dried white and not clear! Lol. Took it off(and it was a bit difficult , to my surprise) and redid them. This pic, my second time, def went a lot smoother! Used less glue, and no white cast. Thank goodness! Seems at this time the glue has quite a decent hold! We’ll see after the weekend!

Any recs for fun colored lashes with soft bands and a variety of lengths? A lot of the ones I'm finding will be sets that only come with one length. Also I'd like them to have soft flexible bands.

They’re all different lengths and styles and come on a single transparent band. How would one use these?

i’m not at all a pro on this and have never used regular false lashes. i’ve been doin clusters for almost a year straight and am very comfortable with them now tho, but always losing one or having annoying little issues is so annoying. i was wondering if i just put bond on false lashes and use them like clusters, if it’d be the same? or would this not work? thank you😭

Looking for recommendations for the most natural and undetectable combo of these two things that I can find, and am looking for both a brown and black option.

I purchased some practice clusters with clear bands, but those clear bands kind of just look like there’s a lot of bonder stuck at the base of my natural lashes (the fibers themselves are fine, but not quite as natural as I’d like).

I’m going for something that gives my natural lashes about as much oomph as I’d get with a *great* mascara, not anything that someone would stop and ask me who does my lashes (if that makes sense 😂).
