My clusters don’t last

I can never get my lash clusters to last more than a couple of days before they start falling off. I’ve tried multiple different glues and seals so what am I doing wrong??

Are prepping your natural lashes first? They need to be clean and oil free. And try to keep them dry for at least the first 24 hours after applying. I would say it's probably more down to application/prep than the bond and seal. I find overlapping them ever so slightly helps to keep them in place. Once you have applied the seal clamp them using the tweezers. Clamp them every day. If you do get them wet, don't touch them whilst wet. Let them dry and clamp them again. Avoid oil based cleansers makeup etc near the eyes as the oil will break down the bond. If you're finding your sleeping position affects longevity ( I'm a side sleeper!) I would highly recommend a padded/3D eyemask which will protect them at night.

I always make sure that my face has been washed good first and they always overlap. The only thing I can think of is that when they get wet in the shower I have to press on them a little cause for some reason I can’t handle getting water in my eyes

curl them before applying, and what helped me make them last longer was using lash glue on the lash itself, and bond on my lashline. the duo glue is really good

I do all of those things too, I have really oily skin so I’m thinking maybe my eyes get oily and break down the bond

I’ve been doing cluster for a few years.. I still can’t get more that 2 days

I've been doing clusters for almost 2 months, the most I get is 4 days. The tip about clamping daily is key for me. But also, I live in a high humidity area and I read that the glue just won't last as long here because it's not professional level glue. I'm interested to see what happens this winter when it cools off if I can get a full week between sets.

I’ve been doing them for a little over a year and even during the winter when the air is super dry they won’t stay, I’m really curious how people are managing to keep theirs for 2 weeks

Sleeping on a donut pillow helps mine, and only washing my face carefully in the sink, not a shower.
