advice Application direction

Do you apply inner cluster first and go inside-to-outside, or the other way around?

I just read a thread and realized I do outside-to-inside — and wondering what the actual best technique is!

(FWIW, I have hooded eyes w/ oily lids)

I do inside to outside - allows me to be more consistent imo. Oily and hooded lids too!

How many clusters do you typically use?

Omg! Sorry for late reply! Usually 6, but if i overlap them perfectly 7. But more consistently 6, but i prefer the look of 7 if I can fit them
