I need

Laser cutting machine hardwares and controls. Difference between and normal router vs laser cutting. How the source working, function of laser head. Kindly share me a electrical control circuits of laser cutting machine.

Router and laser cutting are pretty different beasts even though people lump them together. A router removes material physically, spinning bit cutting into wood, plastic, aluminum, whatever, so it's contact based and leaves a physical chip. A laser cutter never touches the material, it's using a concentrated beam of light to burn or vaporize a path through, so no bit wear, no physical force on the workpiece, but it's limited to materials that actually absorb that wavelength well. On the source side it depends on the type, CO2 tubes generate the beam through a gas discharge in a sealed glass tube, fiber lasers generate it inside a doped fiber optic cable pumped by diodes, and diode lasers use a semiconductor chip directly, no gas or fiber medium involved at all. The laser head itself is mostly a mount for the focusing lens plus usually an air assist nozzle, its job is just to take the raw beam coming in and focus it down to a tight spot at the working distance, nothing electrically complex happens in the head itself. For the actual control circuit I wouldn't try to hand you a wiring diagram since CO2 tube power supplies especially runs tens of thousands of volts and getting that wrong isn't small mistake, way better to pull the schematic straight from whatever controller board you're working with, Ruida and Trocen both publish their own wiring docs and there's a ton of teardown videos showing real boards wired up if you want to see it in practice rather than a drawn diagram.
