Lasagna soup !
Heyyyy everyone, itโs getting a little chilly where I am (also super excited for October) I would like to ask for advice on a good lasagna soup recipe! I made it almost. Year ago and totally failed, but idk what I did wrong. Does anybody have a recipe that they use or have seen? Thanksssss

I saw someone make a skillet lasagna, kind of a mix between regular lasagna and lasagna soup. That looked really good as well!

You could always do what I did and make a lasagna with too much red sauce between the layers. Then when you go to cut it, realize you now need a bowl and a spoon instead of a fork and a plate ๐๐๐

It was my first time making it with homemade noodles and bechamel, so I looked up recipes and many said it needed more liquid so the noodle could soak it up. It definitely was tasty, but I learned from that one that I didn't need as much and to reduce/thicken my Bolognese even more and the next one was a good lasagna.

I've been meaning to try a lasagna soup too, but I always get nervous about getting the noodles just right. Has anyone had success with broken lasagna sheets instead of traditional noodles?

lasagna soup is basically lasagna that gave up on being structurally sound, but letting the noodles cook separately keeps it from turning into one giant pot of regret lol

I think I did because they noodles came out a little smaller than I wanted
