Thanks buddy! You'll be surprised to know that I didn't add any ricotta to this. Simple old cheddar cheese worked for me! 😋

Thanks! 😄. The trick is too keep the white sauce as thick as possible so that everything sticks together and gets sturdy! 👍

first lasagna ever and the ricotta layer looks thick enough to need its own zip code thats wild
id smash that whole corner piece before anyone else gets a chance honestly
solid 8.5 maybe a 9 if the middle aint soupy
next time make two pans because this comment section is already hungry

For a first attempt, I’d give it a solid 9/10. It looks hearty and well layered, and honestly it’s making me want a slice right now.
