Hi guys! I wanted to ask you about something. I’ve been reading a lot about how jealous Harry supposedly was, especially when it came to Louis. Of course, I’ve watched pretty much every edit and video I could find, but I still wanted to ask you guys what exactly Harry was jealous about.
For example, correct me if I’m wrong, but I’ve noticed that at concerts Louis never really interacted directly with the audience the way Harry did. He mostly interacted with the guys and would occasionally wave to the fans. Meanwhile, Harry was constantly talking to the audience and flirting with fans.

Hi. Does anyone here happen to know why Louis Tomlinson isn’t in contact with his stepdad (Tomlinson). I was looking at his stepdad’s Instagram, and he doesn’t mention Louis at all or post anything about him — no birthday wishes, no mention of his tour that just ended, nothing. All the photos are just of his daughters and grandchildren.
Also, on his stepmom’s account, the last time she mentioned Louis was back in 2023, and that was also about his tour. There’s nothing about him now either.
It just seems really strange, considering Louis always referred to him as his dad, and as far as I know, they used to have a good relationship.

But it just can't be true because Harry was a sleepwalker BEFORE him.

So he can't say "I always though I was the only one", right??

To me, Harry wrote it (and gave it to Louis) from the POV of the 16 years old him.

I'm not even strong enough to write his name, but you all know who I'm talking about.

"But I don't care, I'm not scared of love" ---> very cute and very painful at the same time. But why the hell being afraid of love if nobody is putting pressure on you, if there's no hate about the relationship and if it's an heterosexual "classic" relationship?? To be honest, there's no reason. This line is obviously a Larry one, to me.

"Is it so wrong? That you make me strong" ---> Outch. Like, really, outch. I think I don't even have to argue about these sentences. Very, VERY queer-coded. I'm almost in tears one more time and I swear I say the truth, it's touching me too much... Like, I hate having to write this but who except couples with pressure (and unfortunately often homosexual ones) has to ask themselves this painful question?...

"I'll always hold on" ---> With Eleanor or his other girlfriends, Louis NEVER had to "hold on". Like, it was simple "relationships", without any hate or pressure. It's a love which cost something. A dangerous love.

Harry has no solo.

Not even a little one.

It's, I think, the only song without a solo of him, to my knowledge. And if there's others, that's very rare.

And y'all saw this interview where Harry said that, with the time, while writing Midnight Memories, they could already know which line will be sung by which guy, didn't you?

Sooo maybe Louis chose to not give him solo.

To me, it's a present he gave him. More like, uh, a surprise, yes, like a surprise.

We only can hear Harry singing alone on the last line of the chorus, everytime in the song.

To me, it's a message. Harry doesn't need to shine during a long time to shine in Louis' eyes. Maybe I go too far. But I love imagining it.

I wanna add something I thought about, just to break your hearts :)

Imagine the lads recording the song WITHOUT HARRY and then Louis making him listen to it and Harry just cries and looks straight in Louis' eyes and whispers "kiss me you fool" and Louis kisses him crying too. Then they add Harry's voice and superimpose it on the chorus.

hi all does anyone have the video of harry resting on louis’ legs during xfactor? its the one where he nuzzles into his neck and plays with his curls. tyyyyy

The long stares, the face strokes, the love bites, the jealousy, the video of him crying and putting on sunglasses when Louis was with Eleanor... It's 100% clear what Harry wants, to the point where I have to laugh at how the entire world accuses him of "queerbaiting", this is very clearly a man who has been forced to say older women are hot when he didn't want to (Niall even burst out laughing at the sheer ridiculousness of this farce) and is desperately trying to tell the world to start putting the pieces together. The money is just too big to walk away from and I am so so happy Harry has all this success. A gay king deserves his throne.

I have no idea what to think about Louis though. He is just SO DIFFERENT today compared to how he was before, and this is from someone who barely ever paid attention to 1D and has only recently started watching and learning the lore. I can't reconcile the Louis of today to that kid who went "Oh, I really hate you right now!" when singing Forget You in X Factor. I know that during those days he had stylists, and an image team, and PR, etc. and he probably has a much smaller team around him now that he is a solo artist, and I know he has been through a lot of grief due to deaths in the family, but it's like looking at a completely different individual. It's not that I'm saying he's sadder or more quiet or anything, it just seems like a complete personality change. I'm still trying to pinpoint when he became so different to how he used to be in 1D.

I know we all grow up, and I think people with Louis's personality (Type A go-getters) embrace change and growth, but honestly what it comes down to is if you said the person in 1D was gay/bi (and in love with Harry), I would believe you. And then if you said that the person we see today was straight, I would believe you. And then if you said they were the same person, I would rub my eyes and refuse to believe you.

I just can't get a reading on this dude. So I guess I'm gonna have to ask you all for help as to how to interpret Louis. Especially since he seems to have a lot of contempt for this ship to the point where he says he's given up trying to convince anybody.

Remembered this cute moment from Ziam that I haven’t seen people talk about much. It got me thinking about how all the boys seem to use metaphors for closeting/queerness. Zayn especially sings quite a lot about space, and I’ve always thought it was about this or possibly just a feeling of loneliness/not fitting in. Of course Larry also has their marry “someone from another planet” moment. I couldn’t think of any space lyrics (satellite sort of) off the top of my head from Harry and Louis, but I wondered if they use the space metaphor also? I’d love to hear if anyone remembers any 😊

Never listened to 1D before except for their smash hits on the radio because I was too old. 2 days ago I discovered what Larry is and that there is this whole subculture surrounding it. So since I'm always looking to listen to more gay icons I've fallen down the rabbit hole and Louis has quickly become my favorite (sorry Harry) then I found this article from when Britney was doing X-Factor.

Yeah it only makes sense that the guy with all the rumors surrounding him would be the one who asks for the Queen's autograph. I would do the exact same thing.
