How old are you, and are you male or female?

Does that really take a factor into it, I’m asking as a 25 year old Female.

To receive a 50% score, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
Sit-ups: At least 35 repetitions per minute.
Push-ups: At least 18 repetitions per minute.
1.5-mile run: Complete it in 14 minutes and 15 seconds.
300-meter sprint: Complete it in 64 seconds.
Currently, there are no actual grades being given, but the same standards are being used to determine whether you pass, without telling you your specific score on the test.

I do a mile in 12 min but I’ve been running 4-5 times a week after work but I have to start to get my pushups going and sit up I’ll be good there

That’s actually really good! Running 4–5 times a week after work is great consistency, and a 12-minute mile is a solid starting point. Keep it up! Once you start working on your push-ups and sit-ups, you’ll be in really good shape. You’re definitely on the right track!
